ESTO ES MUY IMPORTANTE:

ROGERO nos advierte sobre el riesgo de brick en tu PS3 si no tienes en cuenta lo que él acaba de descubrir y que NINGUN tutorial que anda por ahí lo anuncia(aunque parece obvio).

- Luego de dumpear la NOR de una placa JSD-001 board con Spansion NOR en 3.70 con su PROGSKEET, crear una imagen parcheada Downgrade.bin con los 6 archivos de DOSPIEDRAS y un HEX EDITOR, dumpeo otra vez chequeando que todo fue bien escrito.

- Entró en SERVICE MODE e instaló el 3.55_no_check.PUP(que evita el check del syscon) normalmente y ya estaba en 3.55.
Hasta ahí todo normal.

- Cuando intenta correr un juego le aparece el ERROR DE TROFEO, por lo que decide cargar OTRO CFW 3.55...
GRAVE ERROR, SU PS3 SE BRICKEÓ... pantalla negra y ningún led encendido.

- QUE PASÓ ??? !!
Pues parece que cuando se intenta cargar un CFW 3.55 "común", como el LV1.self de éste no es el "parcheado" por el downgrade 3.55, entonces el SYSCON(3,56+) de la máquina hace su trabajo y el PS3 colapsa.

- COMO ARREGLARLO???
ROGERO reflasheó la NOR con la imagen patched Downgrade.bin otra vez para que volviera a la vida.
PERO el problema de los trofeos continúa...
Entonces con la herramienta PS3MFW crea un .PUP con : spoof 3.70, internet bloqueada(privacy opytions) y esta vez CON EL LV1.self Checks Disabled (patches provided by eussNL).
TODO ESTO SIEMPRE CON EL PROGSKEET SOLDADO A LA NOR FLASH, sin quitarlo nunca(importante).

- Resultados :
Con este nuevo CFW parcheado el PS3 funciona en 3.55 sin problemas, sin el el error de los trofeos.
PERO ... AUN ASI SE DETECTARON FALLAS EN LOS TESTS DE LOS ULTIMOS DIAS, POR ESO ROGERO SACO UNA SEGUNDA VERSION DE SU .PUP, BASADO EN KMEAW Y SIN LA INTERNET BLOQUEADA PARA DEJAR ACTUALIZAR LOS JUEGOS.

History:

After several days and more testing of the first MFW released for downgrading from 3.70-->3.55 I had some users feedback from #progskeet-support that some PS3 machines are having either the Registry Corrupted/Blue Screen or just a Black Screen after downgrade that required re-installing the MFW from Recovery Menu or reflashing the NOR in some cases.

Further research about the donwgrade V2 patches and the no_check.PUP with some more testing showed that a Kmeaw based LV2 seems to have better compatibility with the Downgrade patches applied to the NOR image then a MFW built with a patched LV2, so I decided to build a new version manually which is a custom firmware that combines Kmeaw LV2 patches with Dospiedras Lv1 no-check patches and having the minimal/necessary set of patches to preserve the best overall stability.

N.B: please note that Rogero Manager v8.5 (to be released soon) or newer are only compatible with this CFW V2 because the CFW have the built in version spoofed to 3.70 and older versions of the Manager (8.4 and lower can't recognize it and won't be able to load the necessary payload.

-Al downgradear tu PS3 desde 3.70, debes hacerlo como los manuales lo indican, pero LUEGO NO DEBES ponerle otro CFW común de los que conocemos, KMEAW, WANINKOKOv2, MFW3.55, etc.
SI PUEDES PONERLE ESTE MFW QUE CREÓ ROGERO PARA SUSTITUIR EL DEL DOWNGRADE CON LOS PARCHES CORRESPONDIENTES :
